Can I please photograph all the babies? These are hands down some of my absolute favorite sessions to do. They are filled with so much love and precious baby noises. When the Ambert’s contacted me about doing their session I couldn’t say yes fast enough. And then when they asked if we could some how incorporate their labradoodle (AKA first baby) and Kyle’s love of guitar into the session….I about died and went to heaven. You guys, I have been gushing over their labradoodle since they first brought her home, she looks like the cutest real-life stuffed animal! And then enter the cutest little baby man (other than my own 3 boys, of course) and this session about did my heart and baby-fever in!
There is something so tender and precious about entering into the walls of where one calls home. It’s quiet and serene and tells the whole story of what life is all about. Thank you Ambert’s for allowing me to tell your story–because it’s such a beautiful one. It’s evident that God’s gift of life doesn’t fall on blind hearts. I truly felt the joy and awe of being there in the moment with you as you reveled in such a gift as the one you held in your arms. He’s a handsome, handsome man. And I have no doubt that God has great plans for you as his parent’s and for him as he grows up into a man himself. Enjoy these moments. Breathe in that goodness. And allow your heart to explode in every which direction with every milestone he hits. You’ve been given that beauty…and may you feel the humbling power of such love through every breath, every “I love you” whispered, every giggle, every cry and every moment that your hand grasps those little fingers (the ones, that will soon probably be bigger than yours). Enjoy him!
