Oh my goodness, nothing brings more honor…and maybe a little anxiety, than taking photos for other talented photographers. I started following this mama’s photography way before I even made the jump into my own journey. So when she asked me to do their family photos, I literally could not believe my ears.
But let me tell you….they were just the kindest and sweetest to work with. They showed up looking like they walked out of a magazine and my heart continued to do silent leaps and dances as we moved about our session.
They are just beautiful. Inside and out. And now I am fortunate enough to call her a friend. I think that has been my favorite thing about documenting people, you meet lots. And sometimes, just sometimes, you start to pick up friendships along the way. And it’s the best, because honestly–without them, this job could get a little lonely and isolating at times. So, friendships are always welcomed at any given time.
