Well, we were SUPPOSED to be preparing for a winter getaway to the mountain. You know the kind with lots of cocoa sipping, ski teaching, snowman building and fire warming. Low and behold a winter advisory is in effect for the travel date, so home we will stay. I am bummed and sad and now I guess if we can’t have the mountain snow, I am dreaming of the golden sun.
This is one of those sessions where the light hit just right, the love was tangible, and the freedom encouraged. looking through them, I can literally feel it all. I want this kind of memory for all my sessions for you and your family. Know that you are encouraged to kick of your shoes, wade in the water, play with your kids, laugh until you cry or soothe those baby tears. I am here for it, all of it.
Now if only I could jump into these photos and feel the warmth of the sun, just a little bit….you know, to help push away these canceled-plan-blues. That would be amazing! I guess I will just share them instead in hopes that maybe, just maybe they can have the same affect on one of my lovely friends.
